Dr. Bart Blaeser grew up locally on the North Shore of Massachusetts. He attended Princeton University where he obtained his B.A. in economics. He began his professional training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and graduated Cum Laude. Following this, he completed a general practice residency in dentistry at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He then attended Harvard Medical School and completed his oral and maxillofacial and general surgical residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital in 2000. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support. Dr. Blaeser is the chief of Dentistry and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at the North Shore Medical Center and is on staff at Anna Jaques Hospital. Dr. Blaeser practices a broad scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with special interests in dental implants and preprosthetic bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, trigeminal nerve injury and microsurgical repair and salivary gland pathology. He is a fellow of the American Association on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) and is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS).
